  3. ------------ Welcome to MailLabel ! -----------
  4. This  program  has  one  sole  purpose in life- 
  5. to  print  out address labels for  letters  and 
  6. parcels. 
  7.   This program supports interactive help (!Help/
  8. !Spy )  And is  fully WIMP  compatible, 
  9.  
  10.  Users of previous versions of MailLabel should 
  11. take note of page 13, which discusses the 
  12. conversion of files to the new format
  13. ------------- How to use MailLabel ------------
  14. If on the first loading of !MailLabel you press 
  15. adjust over the icon on the icon bar you will 
  16. receive hints to aid those people who cannot 
  17. see the obvious. 
  18.  All the fields on the window should be filled
  19. with the appropriate data. 
  20. The WARNING field can contain a message about 
  21. the contents, such as 
  22.    <WARNING: Valuable Magnetic Media>
  23. ------------ How to use MailLabel ------------
  24. The STAMP field can be filled with any notes 
  25. on what postage rate is to be placed on the 
  26. parcel / letter 
  27.    - <1 Norm> for 1st class normal postage, 
  28.      <2 Pack> for a 2nd class 
  29. parcel and so on (you may use your own code but
  30. I thought I would suggest one for those with 
  31. no imagination)

  33. ------------ MailLabel Data files -------------
  34.   The files saved by MailLabel (type 010) are
  35. essentially ASCII text, and so may be loaded 
  36. into any WP / DTP package that will accept an 
  37. unknown filetype without screaming too loudly.

  39. Each file has a header of 'MailLabelData file'
  40. and then the warning, stamp, and address. If 
  41. anyone needs it, contact me and I will include
  42. a Save as Editfile option in the next version.

  62. WIPE ALL  -blanks all fields     
  63. ----------- Risc OS Printer Driver ------------
  64.  To change the printout, In the !Run file 
  65. MailLabel$BaseFont and MailLabel$BoldFont may 
  66. be changed to the font of your choice. If you 
  67. experience problems with the Risc OS printing
  68. the program will provide simple error messages
  69. to help you find the problem.

  75.  A complete user guide, layed out as the Risc 
  76. OS User Guide, is avaliable from the author. It 
  77. is an Impression style document, but a text 
  78. only version could be arranged. I would advise 
  79. this for those who intend to use MailLabel a

  113. -------- The Application Help Program ---------
  114. This application  has been designed  to operate
  115. in the multi-tasking window  environment of the
  116. RISC OS  DeskTop.   It will  therefore  operate 
  117. in any mode that your monitor will support.

  123. ------------ !MailConv Application ------------
  124.  This version of MailLabel uses a new format of 
  125. file. All files from previous versions of 
  126. MaiLabel will have to be converted by dragging
  127. onto the "!MailConv" Program, to be found inside
  128. the Application directory of !MailLabel. 
  129.  
  130.   Unconverted files dragged onto MailLabel will
  131. cause an appropriate error asing for thier 
  132. conversion, so as to avoid mistakes.
